  • Name your pose reference. If your photos show different poses or outfits, tell us which photo to follow and which details to change.
  • Only have a headshot or half-body photo? That is welcome. Describe the unseen clothing, shoes and stance you would like. We confirm the missing details with you before printing.

Can I see a preview before production?

We’ll agree the appearance and design details with you before production. When the preview service is available, you can create a free AI style concept from your photos before choosing a size. You can also continue with a designer. An AI preview guides the design; it is not a printable model or an exact image of the finished piece.

What does the size mean?

The size choices describe approximate figurine height. A seated pose, pet, larger group or special base can change the overall dimensions. We’ll confirm the layout and dimensions for your design.

Can you make a larger group or something unusual?

Tell us your idea. Groups of three or more people, elaborate props, and kits with multiple figurines are quoted individually. Original characters are welcome; please only submit photos and artwork you have permission to use.

How early should I order a birthday or Christmas gift?

Tell us your gift date before ordering so we can confirm timing for your design and destination. We offer free shipping to the US, UK and EU. Standard orders ship within 7 days and arrive within 20 days of ordering. We’ll agree the appearance with you before production. Larger groups and special requests may need a different timeline, which we will confirm with you. A gift deadline is only confirmed when we agree it with you.
